Terms
Terms of use
These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of this DeveloperAI site. Creating a workspace, or connecting an API key, means you accept them.
Last updated October 6, 2026. Contact xandermarllc@gmail.com.
The service
DeveloperAI connects a Jira project you control to a GitHub repository you control and launches Cursor cloud agents with your Cursor API key. It creates branches, opens or merges pull requests into the branch you select, comments on issues, and transitions status. It is an automation tool. It is not a law firm, not a security audit, and not a guarantee that generated code is correct, safe, or fit for production.
Accounts
You must provide a working email and a password of your own. You are responsible for activity under your login. Share a workspace only with people you trust with the connected repositories. The operator may suspend an account that is used to attack the service, other customers, or third-party systems.
Your keys and repositories
You represent that you have the right to use the GitHub token, Jira token, and Cursor key you submit, and the right to create branches and pull requests in the repository you select. You are responsible for the scopes on those tokens and for revoking them when you want access to end. DeveloperAI will refuse to run until a GitHub token, a selected repository and branch, a verified Jira connection, and a verified Cursor key are all present, and a trial or paid period is current.
Plans, trials, and limits
New workspaces receive a 14-day trial of the Solo limits: one saved repository and 40 ticket runs. Paid plans and prices are listed on the pricing page and may change for new checkouts. Choosing a paid plan sends you to Stripe Checkout. Stripe stores the card and renews the subscription until you cancel in the Stripe billing portal. The higher limits apply when Stripe confirms payment. Annual prices are ten times the monthly price. Unused runs do not roll over. When a cap is reached, a payment fails, or a period ends, further automations are declined until the situation changes. Fees are for the orchestration service. Cursor, GitHub, and Atlassian charges are yours. Card details are collected by Stripe, not stored on this site.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break into systems you do not control, to store or distribute malware, to harass people, or to violate the terms of GitHub, Atlassian, or Cursor. Do not attempt to read another customer’s keys, webhooks, or repositories. Do not overload the service with synthetic webhook traffic.
AI output
Cursor agents write code from a ticket. That output can be wrong, incomplete, or insecure. You are responsible for reviewing pull requests before they reach customers. The merge step follows the branch settings you chose; review that setting with the same care you would give a teammate’s push access.
Availability
The service is provided as available. Maintenance, provider outages, expired tokens, and plan caps can stop a run. A failed or refused run does not by itself entitle you to a refund of a third-party bill.
Ending the agreement
You may delete the workspace at any time from the account page. Deletion removes stored credentials and run history for that account. Cancel the Stripe subscription from the billing page as well, or Stripe will keep renewing it. The operator may suspend or close a workspace that violates these terms. A period Stripe has already collected is not refunded from this site.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or the contents of a pull request an agent opened. The operator’s total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for DeveloperAI in the three months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid a fee.
Changes
These terms can be updated by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update is acceptance of the new version for later use. If a change is unacceptable, delete the workspace and revoke your tokens.
Privacy
The privacy page describes what is stored and how credentials are handled. It is part of using the site.
