Jira → branch → Cursor → merge

Your backlog just grew a pair of hands.

Move a ticket to In Progress. DeveloperAI cuts a branch from the repo you picked, briefs a Cursor cloud agent with the ticket, merges that branch into your target, deletes it, and slides the issue to In Review.

No card. Your GitHub, Jira, and Cursor keys stay required before anything runs.

Three keys. Then it can work.

DeveloperAI will not arm a workspace until GitHub, Jira, and Cursor are all verified, and a repository plus branch is selected. A half-connected account does not receive webhooks.

01

GitHub

A personal access token with access to the repo. After it verifies, you pick the repository, the branch ticket work starts from, and the branch finished work merges into.

02

Jira

Site URL, the Atlassian email, and an API token. Tell us the status name that means “start” and the one that means “ready for a human.”

03

Cursor

Your Cursor API key. The cloud agent runs on your account, against your repository, with the ticket text as the brief. We do not resell the model.

What you stop doing by hand

The same path, every ticket, without someone remembering the git dance.

Fresh branch

Named after the issue key, cut from the branch you chose, pushed before the agent starts.

A real brief

Summary, type, priority, and description go to the Cursor agent with the branch already checked out.

Merge

When the agent finishes, the branch merges into your target branch and the ticket branch is deleted.

Jira catches up

A comment lands on the ticket with the summary and link, then the status moves to In Review.
